How to Copy and Resend an Email Marketing Campaign
If you have previously sent a marketing campaign and would like to send a similar campaign again, Inspire allows you to copy an existing campaign, make any necessary updates, and schedule it for delivery.
Copying an Existing Campaign
- Navigate to the Marketing feature.
- Select the Campaigns icon.
- Choose All Campaigns.
- Locate the campaign you would like to resend.
- Select the Copy icon next to the campaign.


- Enter the name you would like to use for the copied campaign.
- Select the client list you would like the campaign sent to.
- Confirm your selections.
- Select Save and Next.
A green confirmation message will appear at the top of the page indicating that your campaign was successfully copied.

Review Campaign Details
On the campaign settings page:
- Confirm the sender name.
- Confirm the sender email address.
- Confirm the email address that replies should be sent to.
- Enter or update the campaign subject line.
- Select Save and Next.

Review and Update the Email Template
The copied campaign will display the email template used in the original campaign.
- Review the template content carefully.
- Make any necessary updates to the text, images, links, or promotions.
- Once your changes are complete, select Save and Next.

Schedule the Campaign
- Choose the date and time you would like the campaign to be sent.
- Review your campaign details one final time.
- Schedule or send the campaign based on your desired delivery option.
Your copied campaign is now ready to be delivered to your selected client list.

Tip: Before scheduling your campaign, always review the content to ensure dates, promotions, links, and business information are current and accurate.
