How to Export a Marketing List

Overview
You can export your marketing list as a CSV file for use outside of Inspire.

Please Note: Depending on the size of your marketing list, the export process may take some time. On average, allow at least one hour for larger lists to complete. Do not close or navigate away from the export progress page until the export has finished.

Export a Marketing List
  1. Navigate to Marketing.
  2. Select Lists.
  3. Select the marketing list you want to export.
  4. Select Tools.
  5. Select Export.
  6. Select CSV.





You will be taken to the CSV Export Progress page, where you can monitor the status of your export.
Important Information
  • Remain on the CSV Export Progress page until the export is complete. Navigating away before the process finishes may prevent the entire list from exporting.
  • The exporter processes subscribers in batches of 500 records with a 1-second pause between each batch. Because of this, larger lists can take a significant amount of time to export.
  • Once the export is complete, the CSV file will automatically download to your computer's default Downloads folder.
NotesQuick Note: Allow plenty of time for large exports to finish. While the export is running, it is recommended that you leave the CSV Export Progress page open and avoid interrupting the process until the download begins automatically.
