How to Log Communication with a Client?
This feature will be available in Inspire by v4.3 release due out Summer 2025.
When the Inspire by STX Software sends an email or text, it will automatically be logged in the Client Card > Communications Tab. If you would like to log any calls, emails or notes use the Log Communication option on the Client Card.
- Go to the Client Card
- Click Log Communications from any tab
- Enter the Subject and Details
- Click Save
All workers can create Communication Logs by default, the ability to Edit or Delete Communication Logs is a permission located in Setup > Setup Worker Permissions > Client > Edit Communication Log & Delete Communication Log.
