How to Manually Change an Appointment Status - Browser Version

  1. Open the schedule or calendar

  2. Click on the appointment you want to update

  3. Look for the Appt Status dropdown  (e.g., Called, Confirmed, Checked In, Completed, No Show, Cancelled)

  4. Select the new status from the dropdown or options list

  5. Click Save  to apply the change

  1. Click on the appointment you want to update
  2. Look for the Status dropdown (Called, Confirmed, Checked In, Completed, No Show, Canceled)
  3. Select the new status from the dropdown or options list then select Done
