Inspire v2.2 Release Notes

STX Cloud v2.2 offers a variety of features to businesses with with reporting, calendar views and improving the online booking experience.

IMPORTANT: Access to features may require updating the Worker Permissions to view. Please check Setup> Workers> Worker Permissions to provide access to new features.

Appointment Book View Filters (Enhancement) - A new view has been added to the Appointment book to view by Service Group and/or Level. To see workers who provide Haircut Services or Spa Services, simply select the related service group(s). To see workers who are Level 2, simply select Level 2. Both filters can be selected to find specifically Spa Services for Level 2 workers.

Purchase Order Received (Enhancement) - When a shipment of product is received, simply open the related Purchase order, click Order Received, scan or search for the product, type in the quantity and update. As you update your order, the information will sort based on logged products vs. remaining products to log. Any products that you received greater than or less than ordered will be flagged with a !! In bold yellow. A new Record option is available if you need to save your work but not close the Purchase Order.

Tax Summary Report (NEW!) - A report has been added to summarize the totals for Service Tax or Retail Tax by Worker and by the Company as a whole.

Itemized Sales Report (NEW!) - A report has been added to show every single line item on each receipt. Filter options are available to only view specific line items such as services, products, tips, gifts, etc.

Require a Card On File for Online Booking (NEW!) - Businesses can now require a card on file to book an appointment online. It will over-ride any existing Online Deposits required and only require a Card on File. Note: Integrated credit card processing with STX Payments is required for this feature.

Online Booking Email Notifications (NEW!) - Businesses can now get email notifications when any appointment is booked online. To send emails to more than one email address, simply enter the emails separated by a column such as: sales@stxsoftware.com, info@stxsoftware.com, support@stxsoftware.com and so on.

Online Client Information Required (Enhancement) - Businesses can now require clients enter their address, birthdate, gender, etc. when creating a new online booking account.

Display Reward Points in Online Booking (Enhancement) - Businesses can now display the Client Reward Points when logged into Online Booking.

On Hand Product Report (Enhancement) - The On Hand Product Report previously was viewable by product line. The report has been enhanced to show ALL products on hand.

Client Retention Report (Enhancement) - The Client Retention Report now offers average number of visits after date, workers seen and days between visits.

Inventory Usage Filter by Worker (Enhancement) - The Inventory Usage Report can now be reported by the worker who used the product specifically.

Gift Expiration Default Date (Enhancement) - The date selector associated with the Gift Expiration date now defaults to the upcoming calendar year and current month.

Darker Grey Worker Off Hours (Enhancement) - The grey space that noted if a worker was scheduled off has been updated to be a darker color of grey.
