Inspire v2.5.1 is a small update to provide some simple updates to our existing fantastic software including a warning to save updated screens, a new Impact Zones Report and enhancements to Reminders.
IMPORTANT: Worker Permissions will need to be enabled to allow access to new features & reports.
General Speed Improvements (Enhancement) - Many enhancements have been made to the structure and queries within our database to improve your speed to be a lot faster.
Unsaved Warning (NEW!) - On the Setup, Inventory and Client pages if you update any fields and do not choose Save or Cancel, a pop up will now appear to ask if you want to Save & Exit, Discard & Exit or Return to the Page.
Locations: All Setup Pages, Purchase Orders, Manage Inventory, Inventory Physical Checklist, Inventory Usage and Client Cards.
STX Knowledge Base replaced Inspire Guides (Enhancement) - Within the Navigation Menu, we changed the Inspire Guides link to be the new STX Knowledge Base link.

Text Notification & Reminders now Toll Free number (Change) - The text messages sent as notifications or reminders to clients will now be sent using a new toll free number.

Reminders Includes Service & Worker Information (Enhancement) - When an appointment reminder is sent, if the Booked Services merge field is in your text or email message, it will include the worker name and service name.

Book Standing Button (NEW!) - On the Appointment Detail page there is a new button that says “Book Standing”. When clicked, the worker & service combinations for the appointment will automatically appear on the Standing Appointment scheduling page.

Standing Appointment Email Includes Service & Worker Information (Enhancement) - When a list of Standing Appointments is emailed to the client, the service and worker combination will now appear on the email next to each appointment date.

Waiting List Date Range (Enhancement) - The Waiting List will now default to a month date range instead of a single date, also you can filter out the list to show appointments waiting for a date range.

Refunds Deducted from Worker Appears on Completed Ticket (NEW!) - When performing a refund, if you checked the box “Deduct from Worker”, the word DEDUCTED will appear in red next to the line item on the refunded ticket.

Show All Workers Persists for New Date Selection (Enhancement) - If the “Show All Workers” checkbox is selected on the Appointment Book and a new date is selected, the box will continue to stay checked.

Service & Product Tax Allows 3 Digits Past Decimal (Enhancement) - When setting up service or product taxes, the software now allows up to 3 digits past the decimal. Example: 8.375%

Online Booking # of Availabilities increased to 250 (Enhancement) - The # of availabilities to show during online booking has increased from 100 to 250.

Setup Products Shows Size (Enhancement) - The list of products in Setup Products now displays the size. This is great if you carry a 32 oz bottle of Daily Shampoo and a 16 oz bottle of Daily Shampoo.

Quantity of Products Sold or Used increased to 99,999 (Enhancement) - When selling or noting a product as used, the quantity is now increased from 999 to 99,999.

Inactive Products not Searchable (Enhancement) - If a product is marked as “Inactive” they will no longer appear when searched by SKU or name from Checkout.

Suppliers Listed Alphabetically (Enhancement) - Throughout Inventory Pages & Reports, we have updated the Suppliers to be listed Alphabetically.
