Inspire Worker App Updates - Fall 2023

New White Background & Blue Button Look - The new app has a white background with blue buttons to match the browser version. 

Week View - Simply turn the phone from Portrait Mode to Landscape mode to see the week view for the selected worker. 

Multi-Worker View - Simply turn the phone from Portrait Mode to Landscape mode, then click ALL WORKERS to view up to 7 workers at a time.  To see more workers, swipe to the left. 

Appointment Book Symbols - The Worker App will now display the associated symbols and colors associated with the booking.  For example, New Clients will display in red or an o will display for an Online Booked appointment.  Click Here to view All the Color & Symbol Keys.

Clickable Phone Numbers & Emails - When the Phone Number is clicked, a phone call will be initiated from the mobile device, when an email is clicked, an email will be initiated from from the mobile device. 

Class History added to Service History - On the Client Card, a client's class history will be included with the Service History.

Class Check In / Check Out - From the Appointment Book, simply click on a Class Booking and then use the Check In or Check Out buttons to check in or out clients for a class. 

Mobile App Preferences (NEW!Select specific workers to receive push notifications to their mobile app when a worker's client checks in for a services. Learn more about Setup Mobile App Preferences.

Location: Browser Version > Setup > Setup Worker Mobile App Preferences
