Overview
Inspire Email Marketing allows you to create automated email campaigns that are sent to clients based on specific actions, milestones, and habits within your business. These campaigns help you stay connected with clients, encourage rebooking, increase retail sales, and enhance the overall client experience without requiring manual follow-up.
When creating an automated campaign, you will select:
- The automated email list trigger.
- The email template you would like to send.
- The email subject line associated with the campaign.
- Any additional criteria required for that campaign.
Once configured, Inspire Email Marketing will automatically send emails when clients meet the selected criteria.
Available Automated Email Lists

| Referral Thank You | When a client refers someone. | Thank clients for their referral. |
| Post Appointment Email | Day after any completed appointment. | Request reviews or share aftercare tips. |
| Cancellation Follow Up | Two days after a canceled appointment if no new appointment is booked. | Encourage clients to reschedule. |
| Prep for Service | Two days before a selected service. | Share preparation instructions. |
| Service Details | Day after a selected service is completed. | Send aftercare information. |
| Product Details | Day after a selected product is purchased. | Explain product usage and benefits. |
