Overview

Inspire Email Marketing allows you to create automated email campaigns that are sent to clients based on specific actions, milestones, and habits within your business. These campaigns help you stay connected with clients, encourage rebooking, increase retail sales, and enhance the overall client experience without requiring manual follow-up.

When creating an automated campaign, you will select:

  • The automated email list trigger
  • The email template you would like to send
  • The email subject line associated with the campaign
  • Any additional criteria required for that campaign

Once configured, Inspire Email Marketing will automatically send emails when clients meet the selected criteria.

Available Automated Email Lists

We Miss You - 

Targets clients who have not visited your business for a specified number of weeks and do not currently have a future appointment scheduled.

Recommended Use: Encourage inactive clients to return and schedule their next visit.

Birthday - 

An email automatically sent to a client on their birthday.

Recommended Use: Send birthday wishes, special promotions, or exclusive offers.

Birthday Monthly - 

An email automatically sent on the first day of a client's birth month.

Recommended Use: Give clients an entire month to redeem a birthday offer.

First Time Visit - 

An email automatically sent after a client completes their first appointment.

Recommended Use: Welcome new clients, introduce additional services, and encourage future visits.

Referral Thank You - 

An email automatically sent when a client is logged as referring another client to your business.

Post Appointment Email -
