Memberships Report

Memberships Report

Location: Reports > Sales Reports 

The Memberships Report is located within the Sales Report group and displays a list of clients participating in membership programs designed by the business. The report type you selected determines whether active or inactive memberships are displayed. This report can be exported or printed for your records. 
         
                                                                                                                                                                   

Sort By Explained
  • Sort by Next Build Date — Displays memberships from the soonest upcoming build date to the furthest upcoming build date.
  • Sort by Amount — Displays memberships in ascending order based on dollar amount.
  • Sort by Type — Displays memberships in alphabetical order by membership type.
  • Sort by Name — Displays memberships in alphabetical order by the client’s first name.
  • Sort by Member Number — Displays memberships in ascending order when numeric member IDs are used. If alphabetical member IDs are used, the table will sort in alphabetical order by member ID.

  • Columns Explained
    1. Name - Client’s First & Last Name
    2. Member # - Membership number that was assigned to the client when the membership was sold
    3. Type -  Name of the membership that was sold to that client
    4. Amount - Amount billed for that particular membership  (weekly, monthly, quarterly or yearly)
    5. Plan - Refers to how often their payment is due: weekly, monthly, quarterly or yearly
    6. Active - This box will be checked off if the membership is active, and unchecked if the membership is inactive 
    7. Next Bill Date - The next due date for their membership to be auto billed
