Mobile App - How to Manually Change an Appointment Status

To manually update an appointment status in the Inspire Worker App:

  1. Select the appointment you would like to update.
  2. Tap the current appointment status.
  3. Choose the desired status:
    • Called
    • Confirmed
    • Checked In
    • Completed
    • No Show
    • Canceled
  4. Tap Save to apply the status change to the appointment.
