Online Booking URLs: Finding and Sharing Your Links
Want to encourage your clients to book appointments online? Inspire provides multiple online booking URLs that can be shared with your clients, making it easy for them to schedule appointments at their convenience.
Finding Your Online Booking Link
To locate your online booking URLs:
- Navigate to Setup.
- Select Setup Online Booking.
- Click on the Online Booking Page tab.
You will find the following URL options:
- Online Booking Login Page URL – Directs clients to your online booking login page.
- Appointment Search Page URL – Directs clients to search prior to booking appointments and logging in.
- Class Search Page URL – Directs clients to search and register for classes prior to logging in.
Choose the URL that best fits the experience you would like your clients to have when booking online, then copy and share that link with them.
Ways to Share Your Online Booking Link
Add Your Booking Link to Appointment Confirmations
One of the easiest ways to promote online booking is by including your booking link on appointment confirmation pages.
To add the Online Booking merge field:
- Navigate to Setup.
- Select Setup Notifications & Reminders.
- Open the Confirmation tab.
- From the Merge Field dropdown menu, select Online Booking.
- Once the merge field appears, highlight and copy the entire merge field (from the first bracket to the last bracket).
- Paste it into your Confirmation Page Detail Template.
- Save your changes.
Now, whenever a client confirms an appointment, they will see your online booking link and can easily return to book future appointments online.

Share Your Booking Link Through Marketing Campaigns
You can also use Inspire Marketing to promote online scheduling to your clients.
- Navigate to Marketing.
- Create a new campaign.
- Select your desired client list or send to all opted-in clients.
- Add your online booking URL as:
- A clickable button, or
- A direct link or hyperlink within the body of your email or text campaign.
- Send your campaign.
This is a great way to remind clients that they can conveniently schedule appointments online anytime.
