| | ATTENTION INSPIRE BY STX CUSTOMERS UTILIZING STX PAYMENTS FOR INTEGRATED CARD PROCESSING
STX Payments will be migrating all integrated Inspire by STX customers to a new and enhanced FiServ PCI Management Portal (see details below) for their PCI Compliance. The change will offer many improvements including multi-lingual support and easier tools for completing the PCI SAQ and scan.
If you receive alerts that you are no longer PCI Compliant this week and you were previously PCI Compliant with no recent changes to your website or credit card processing, this message is likely due to the update and can be ignored. |

| | New FiServ PCI Management Support & Portal Access - Assistance with Self-Assessment Questionnaire (SAQ) with a agent to help with walking the through and ensuring the correct SAQ is selected as well as assisting with the questions.
- Help with Uploading Compliance Documents and providing any 3rd party SAQ’s.
- External Vulnerability Scanning (ASV) assistance with scheduling and reviewing the reports.
- Password Resets to the portal.
