Inspire automatically marks an appointment as Rebooked if, by midnight on the same day a ticket is completed, the client has a future appointment scheduled.
Important Notes
The future appointment can be for any service (service type does not impact rebooking)
The appointment can already exist in the system (for example: booked online, standing appointment, or scheduled in advance)
How Rebooking Credit Works
Rebooking credit is assigned based on who the future appointment is scheduled with:
Same Worker
Different Worker
Rebooking in Reporting
The Rebook Report in Business Analysis Reporting provides the most complete view of rebooking performance.
It includes:
Worker rebook counts
Company rebook counts
Rebooking percentages
Reports That Show Rebooking Percentages
Reports That Show Rebooking Counts
Visit Type Report
ABC Report
TBP Report
Dashboard
Additional notes:
If you select Company as the report type, all rebooking data reflects company-wide performance
If you select Worker, data reflects only that individual worker’s rebooking performance
Rebooking is based on whether a future appointment is scheduled, not the service type or timing
