Reward Point Report

Location: Reports > Appointment & Client Reports

This report provides a detailed breakdown of all client visits where reward points were either earned or used within a selected date range. The report can be generated at any time and may also be exported or printed for your records.

How to Generate the Report
Enter your desired date range and click Generate.

Report Columns Explained
  • Client Name – The name of the client who visited and earned or used rewards
  • Rewards Earned – The total reward points earned during the selected date range
  • Rewards Used – The total reward points used during the selected date range
  • Current Rewards – The client’s current reward point balance
  • Last Visit – The most recent date the client visited
  • Reward Discount – The total discount applied when rewards were redeemed
Sorting Options                                                                                        
Use the sort options in the upper right to organize your report:
  • Current Rewards – Displays results in descending order
  • Rewards Earned – Displays results in descending order
  • Rewards Used – Displays results in ascending order
  • Client First Name – Displays results in alphabetical order by first name
  • Client Last Name – Displays results in alphabetical order by last name
Totals Row                                                                                         
At the bottom of the report, you’ll find a totals row that includes:
  • Total Rewards Earned for all listed clients within the selected date range
  • Total Rewards Used for all listed clients within the selected date range
  • Total Current Rewards for all listed clients within the selected date range
  • Total Reward Discount applied for all listed clients within the selected date range



Idea
To modify how rewards are earned or used, navigate to Setup > Setup Rewards.
