Rewards Guide



Clients can earn reward points for spending money on services, products and clients. They can redeem points with a percentage, or amount off products and services. 

Setup Award Rules

  1. Go to Setup > Setup Rewards 
  2. Click + New
  3. Enter a Reward Name 
  4. Check the box for Active
  5. Setup Award Rules
    1. Award Points is the number of points to award for every
      1. Amount Spent On Services, Retail or Gifts
      2. Individual Services, Retail or Gifts
      3. Completed Ticket (select item is None)
      4. Referred Client (select item is None)
  6. Check the box for Active
  7. Enter a Start Date is the soonest the reward points would be awarded
  8. Enter a End Date is the latest the reward points would be awarded
    1. Click + to add another award item
    2. Click – to remove an award item

Setup Redeem Rules

  1. Enter a Redeem Name 
  2. Enter Redeem Points are the number of points required to use a reward
  3. Select a Discount is the amount or percent to deduct from the ticket total
  4. Select On One Item either Service or Retail item
  5. Enter a Start Date is the soonest the reward would be available to be redeemed.
  6. Enter an End Date is the latest the reward would be available to be redeemed.
    1. Click + to add another redeem item
    2. Click to remove a redeem item
  7. Click SAVE to save the reward program
  8. Click CANCEL to leave page without saving



Redeem Rewards

  1. Open a current client ticket or go to Check Out and assign a client to the ticket
  2. Click on the Service or Product line items to apply a reward to on the receipt 
  3. A pop up will appear and the Rewards selector will display all programs available
  4. Select a Reward 
  5. Click Add to Ticket
  6. Adjustments will be made to the line item
    1. At time of Payment the Client Card will update the reward balance accordingly.

Rewards Balance

To view a reward balance: 
  1. Go to a Client Card
  2. Click the Accounts tab
  3. View Rewards Points

Editing Rewards

To remove a client from participating in a reward program:
  1. Go to the Client Card and click the Accounts tab
  2. Uncheck the Active Rewards box
To edit the number of reward points for an individual client:
  1. Go to the Client Card  
  2. Click the Accounts tab
  3. Enter the new amount in the Adjust Points field
  4. Click Save
