Send Purchase Orders to SalonInteractive

Below are the steps to send a purchase order to SalonInteractive:
  1. Go to Inventory 
  2. Click Purchase Orders
  3. Select a Supplier associated with your SalonInteractive Sync
  4. Review and Update the order
  5. Click Save & Send to SalonInteractive button
    1. The order will first validate, if your order cannot be sent, a message will appear to place your order manually. 
  6. Click the SalonInteractive: View Order button to place or confirm placement of your order.
To view your order, you can either select the open Purchase Order from Inspire by STX and click the "SalonInteractive: View Order" button or login to www.saloninteractive.com. then select Product Orders. 

IMPORTANT: Permissions will need to be enabled to send purchase orders via SalonInteractive. Go to Setup > Setup Worker Permissions > Inventory > Send Purchase Orders to SalonInteractive
Depending on the Distributor / Supplier, the order will either need to be submitted via SalonInteractive or the order will be automatically placed with the Distributor / Supplier.
