Setup Reviews

Asking your clients to leave reviews is a great way to showcase what people love about your business.  The Setup Reviews page allows you to select preferences for how your Reviews Page and Published Review Page behaves.

To Setup Reviews, follow these steps:
  1. First, click on the Navigation Menu ≡
  2. Click Setup
  3. Click Setup Reviews
  4. Enter an Email Address to send the Review Responses to
  5. Select an option of when to Auto-Publish Reviews
    1. Always will publish all reviews to the Publish Reviews page
    2. 5+ Stars will publish ONLY 5 Star Reviews to the Publish Reviews Page
    3. 4+ Stars will publish ONLY 4 Star & 5 Star Reviews to the Publish Reviews Page
    4. 3+ Stars will publish ONLY 3 Star, 4 Star & 5 Star Reviews to the Publish Reviews Page
  6. Select an option of when to Recommend 3rd Party Review Sites
    1. Always will display the buttons to share their review on 3rd Party Sites always
    2. 5+ Stars will display the buttons to share their review on 3rd Party Sites only for 5 Star Reviews. 
    3. 4+ Stars will display the buttons to share their review on 3rd Party Sites only for 4 Star & 5 Star Reviews. 
    4. 3+ Stars will display the buttons to share their review on 3rd Party Sites only for 3 Star, 4 Star & 5 Star Reviews. 
  7. Enter a Custom Submit Page Message to display when the review has been submitted.
    1. If no text is entered in this field, by default the message will display "Thank you!"
  8. Select to Display Contact Me option or not on the Leave a Review Page
  9. Enter 3rd Party Review Site Links for your related online accounts
    1. Facebook - From your Business Facebook Page, go to the Reviews Tab and copy/paste the link here.  The link should look like this: https://www.facebook.com/****BUSINESSNAME****/reviews
    2. Google - First Login to your Google Business Profile, then look up your business on Google Search. Click the link that states the # of reviews and then click the "Get More Reviews" button which should provide your Google Reviews link.  Here are additional notes from Google: https://support.google.com/business/answer/3474122?hl=en, the person looking this up needs to have claimed the businesses via Google. 
    3. Yelp - Search for your businesses Yelp page and copy/paste the link that your clients would typically see. 
  10. Click Save
To share your Leave a Review Link, consider doing a copy/paste the Leave a Review URL in the following places:
  1. Inspire Follow Up Email or Text (see Setup Reminders & Notifications)
  2. Inspire Automated Marketing (Post Service)
  3. Social Media or 3rd Party Marketing Platform
When Reviews are submitted, the following actions will happen:
  1. An email will be sent to the email address noted on the Setup Reviews page with all the details of the review.
  2. The review will be auto-published to the reviews page in alignment with the auto-publish reviews setting
  3. The review will be added to the Review Management page
To Publish Reviews, use the Publish Reviews URL to add them to your website.
