Setup Service Packages

Setup Service Packages



In January 2023, the Main Setup page will be getting a new look.  The Setup Services Packages has been moved from Setup Services to it’s own Setup Packages & Memberships category on the Main Setup page.
Service Packages offer two benefits; either to schedule multiple services online at one time or to purchase multiples of the same service or class appointment in advance.

To setup a Service Package with Multiple Services, for example a Spa Day Package that includes a Massage, Manicure and Pedicure:
  1. Click the Menu Icon (≡) and then click Setup > Setup Services > Setup Packages
  2. Click +New to add a new package
  3. Enter the Package Name
  4. Select the checkbox to note if the package is Available for Client Self-Booking 
    1. This will show this package available for scheduling online
  5. Enter the Client Facing Name and Description to appear online
  6. Select a Service
  7. Enter Reps = 1
  8. Update the Discounted Price field
    1. Click + to add more services and repeat step 6 to step 8
  9. Click Save
To setup a Package with Repeat of the same Service or Classes, for example 10 Mens Haircuts
  1. Click the Menu Icon (≡) and then click Setup > Setup Packages
  2. Click +New to add a new package
  3. Enter the Package Name
  4. Enter the Client Facing Name and Description to appear online
  5. Select a Service or Package
  6. Enter Reps = X
    1. Reps is the total number of repetitions included in the package.
  7. Update the Discounted Price field
    1. Click + to add more services and repeat step 6 to step 8
  8. Click Save
