Setup Surveys

Surveys are a great tool to get a pulse on how your customers feel about their recent visit. 

To Setup Surveys, follow these steps:
  1. Click on the Navigation Menu ≡ 
  2. Select Setup
  3. Click Setup Surveys
    1. If Setup Surveys is greyed out, you may need to upgrade your package to Inspire Advanced.  To upgrade your package, contact STX at 1-800-766-4778. If you already have the Inspire Advanced Package, 
  4. Creating Survey Questions
    1. Questions 1 to 8 are questions the client can answer using a 👍 (thumbs up) or a 👎 (thumbs down) selection followed by a text field to enter additional feedback. For example, "Was your technician kind with you?" or "Are you likely to refer us to your friends and family?"
    2. Questions 9 and 10 are questions that the client can answer using a long paragraph reply.  For example, your business may consider asking "Is there anything our business can do to improve your experience?"
  5. Enter a valid Email Address to send the Survey Responses to (required).
  6. Copy / Paste the Survey URL at the top of the page to share with your clients. Consider sharing this link via:
    1. Inspire by STX Follow Up Email or Text
    2. Inspire by STX Automated Marketing
    3. Social Media or Other Marketing Communications
  7. Click Save
When a client completes their survey, the results will be sent to the email address provided and it will note if the client would like to be contacted regarding their survey responses or not. 

Questions 1 to 10 👍  👎  Survey Question Suggestions:
  1. Are you likely to recommend our business to a friend?
  2. Are you likely to return to our business?
  3. Was your technician on time?
  4. Were you promptly greeted and offered a beverage?
  5. Is our environment comfortable and inviting?
  6. Was our cleanliness to your satisfaction?
  7. How was your overall experience?
  8. Were your expectations met?
  9. Was your service completed in a timely manner?
  10. Were you satisfied with the pricing of your service?
Questions 11 & 12 Long Response Question Suggestions:
  1. Do you have any suggestions of how we can improve your experience at our business?
  2. Are there any other services you wish our business offered?
  3. Is there anything else you would like to share about your visit?
