Text Count Report

Text Count Report
The Text Count Report displays the total number of text messages sent within the selected date range. This report helps you monitor text usage and understand how messages are being sent to clients.
Within the report, you will see the following details for each text message:
- Date and time the text was sent
- Client name
- Client phone number
- Type of text message (Confirmation, Reminder, or Follow-Up)
- Segment count of the text message sent
You can filter and organize this report by:
- Date
- Client Name (alphabetical order)
- Phone Number
- Text Type (Confirmation, Reminder, or Follow-Up)
- Character Count (sorted in descending order)
The total number of text messages sent for the selected date range will appear in the top left of the generated report.
This report can also be printed, exported, or scheduled.
Text messages have a 160-character limit per segment. If a message exceeds 160 characters, it will be sent as multiple segments, with each additional segment counting separately whenever the message is sent—whether automatically or manually.
The Inspire by STX packages include 2500 text messages. Users who exceed the included text amount will be auto-charged $50 for an additional 2500 text messages. For reference an average Inspire by STX user sends approximately 1000 texts per month and this additional charge impacts less than 5% of users.
