Textel List Creator for Textel Blasts

Once you have synced your Inspire by STX and Textel accounts, you can create filtered lists to send to Textel for the Textel Blast (text marketing) features.

To get the the Textel List Creator, simply click on the Navigation Menu, then Textel. From here, you can select from these list options:

All Clients List - The All Clients list will include a list of all clients.  If the Created Date is left blank, it will include all clients, or enter a date range and only clients created in the date range provided will be sent to Textel. 

Service Date & Status - The Service Date & Status will look for Clients who have a past or future appointment and then you can filter by status, worker and date. 

Client Retention List - Select between 2 to 8 weeks and the list will only include clients who have not visited in the selected amount of weeks. Additionally, users can click the checkbox to exclude clients with future appointment

Happy Birthday List - Select a birth month to create a list of clients with that birth month to send a happy birthday text in Textel.

IMPORTANT: The sync function currently only sends phone numbers and does not include client names. The client names will sync nightly or manually using the Client Export feature.
