The Ticket Analysis Report shows statistics, percentages, and comparisons of the tickets for a date range by individual worker or all workers combined. Use this benchmark report when coaching your staff.


Ticket Statistics

  1. Tickets with Services and No Product 
  2. Tickets with Products and No Services 
  3. Tickets with Both Services and Products 
  4. Tickets with Ticket Value < or = 0.00 
  5. Total Number of Tickets 
  6. Tickets with at least one service 
  7. Tickets with at least one product 
  8. Tickets with Multiple Products 
  9. Tickets with Multiple Services  and Multiple Products 

Ticket Percentages
