Location: Reports > Business Analysis Reports

The Ticket Analysis Report provides detailed statistics, percentages, and revenue comparisons for tickets within a selected date range.

This report can be viewed for the entire company or filtered by a specific worker, making it a valuable tool for coaching and performance tracking. 

To generate this report, select a date range, then choose to run it by company or by a specific worker. The report can be exported or printed at any time for easy sharing and review.

Ticket Statistics
Tickets with Services and No Product - The number of tickets within the selected date range that include services only, with no products.
Tickets with Products and No Services - The number of tickets that include products only, with no services, within the selected date range.
Tickets with Both Services and Products - The number of tickets that include both services and products within the selected date range.
Tickets with Ticket Value ≤= 0.00 - The quantity of tickets with a total value equal to $0.00 or greater within the selected date range.
Total Number of Tickets - The total number of completed tickets within the selected date range.
Tickets with at Least One Service - The number of tickets that include at least one service.
Tickets with at Least One Product - The number of tickets that include at least one product.
Tickets with Multiple Products - The number of tickets that include more than one product.
Tickets with Multiple Services and Multiple Products -  The number of tickets that include multiple services and multiple products.


Ticket Percentages
% of Product Revenue to Service Revenue -  The percentage comparison of product revenue to service revenue within the selected date range.
% of Tickets with Product - The percentage of tickets that include products within the selected date range.
% of Tickets with Service - The percentage of tickets that include services within the selected date range.
% of Service Tickets with Product - The percentage of service tickets that also include product sales within the selected date range.
% of Tickets with Multiple Products - The percentage of tickets that include multiple products within the selected date range.



Ticket Average Revenue
Average Revenue per Ticket - The average total revenue per ticket within the selected date range.
Average Service Revenue per Ticket - The average service revenue per ticket within the selected date range.
Average Service Revenue per Service Only Ticket - The average service revenue for tickets that include only services within the selected date range..
Average Product Revenue per Ticket - The average product revenue per ticket within the selected date range.
Average Product Revenue per Product Only Ticket - The average product revenue for tickets that include only products within the selected date range.
Average Product Revenue per All Service Tickets - The average product revenue across all tickets that include services within the selected date range.
Average Product Revenue per Service Tickets with Products - The average product revenue for tickets that include both services and products within the selected date range.



Tickets by Client Type
Recurring Visit - Displays the total number and percentage of completed tickets for returning clients within the selected date range.
New Visit - Displays the total number and percentage of completed tickets for first-time clients within the selected date range.
Rebooked - Displays the number and percentage of clients who scheduled their next appointment within the selected date range.
Booked Online - Displays the number and percentage of tickets that were booked online within the selected date range.
Non-Service - Displays the number and percentage of tickets that include products only (no services) within the selected date range.

AlertNote: Tickets with no client name attached will be considered recurring visits 



Ticket Revenue by Client Type
Recurring Visit - Shows the total revenue and percentage of revenue from returning clients.
New Visit - Shows the total revenue and percentage of revenue from first-time clients.
Booked Online - Shows the total revenue and percentage of tickets booked online.
Non-Service - Shows the total revenue and percentage of tickets that include only products (no services).

AlertNote: Tickets with no client name attached will be considered recurring visits
