Location: Reports > Appointment & Client Reports
The Ticket Rating Report will showcase the tickets by rating selected, those are the smiley faces on the open and completed ticket.
To generate this report:
- Enter in a date range
- Select if the report should display by Company or by Worker
- Click Generate
Results will display below by the ticket rating and provide percentages of the tickets where that rating was selected. If no ticket rating is selected, it will be noted in the "No Rating" table at the bottom and in the "Unmarked" value at the top.
