Ticket Rating Report

Location: Reports > Appointment & Client Reports

The Ticket Rating Report displays tickets based on the rating selected by clients—the smiley faces at the bottom of open tickets. Ratings on closed tickets can be viewed or updated by selecting Edit Ticket Rating.  This report can be exported or printed for your records.

    

To generate this report:
  1. Enter a date range.
  2. Select whether to display the report by Company or by Worker.
  3. Click Generate.

The worker shown in the “Logged In Worker” column is the one who was logged in under that username when the ticket rating was selected.

Report Details:                   
  • Tickets are grouped by ticket rating.                         
  • Clients associated with each rating appear under that rating.
  • Clients who did not select a rating appear at the bottom under No Rating.
  • At the top of each rating, you will see:
    • Number of clients who selected that rating
    • Percentage of tickets for that rating
  • A total of unmarked tickets is also provided.
  • The report includes a total number of tickets closed based on the selected filters.
Report Columns Explained
  • Rating – Corresponding tickets grouped underneath  each ticket rating 
  • Logged In Worker – Displays the first name and last initial of the worker who was logged in when the rating was selected
  • Client Name – Displays the first and last name of the client assigned to the ticket at the time of rating; if no client was assigned, NO CLIENT will appear
  • Worker – Displays the workers associated with the services or products included on the ticket
