Ticket Rating Report

Location: Reports > Appointment & Client Reports


The Ticket Rating Report displays tickets based on the rating selected by clients—the smiley faces at the bottom of open tickets. Ratings on closed tickets can be viewed or updated by selecting Edit Ticket Rating.

    

To generate this report:
  1. Enter a date range.
  2. Select whether to display the report by Company or by Worker.
  3. Click Generate.
Report Details:
  • Tickets are grouped by ticket rating.
  • Clients associated with each rating appear under that rating.
  • Clients who did not select a rating appear at the bottom under No Rating.
  • At the top of each rating, you will see:
    • Number of clients who selected that rating
    • Percentage of tickets for that rating
  • A total of unmarked tickets is also provided.
  • The report includes a total number of tickets closed based on the selected filters.
  • This report can be exported or printed for your records.
Alert
The worker shown in the “Logged In Worker” column is the one who was logged in under that username when the ticket rating was selected.
