Ticket Sales Report

Location: Reports > Sales Reports 

The Ticket Sales Report corresponds with the Ticket Sales Chart and includes daily totals for the selected date range. Tickets are grouped by date, with a daily total shown at the bottom of each day’s list. This report can be exported or printed at any time for your records. It provides a clear view of sales activity per day, making it easy to review trends and totals over time.

                                                                                                                                                              

How to Generate:
  1. Select a date range
  2. Click Generate
Report Columns
  • Appt / Ticket Nbr – The ticket number associated with the appointment, based on the selected date range.
  • Client – The first and last name of the client assigned to the ticket. If no client was assigned, this field will appear as “No Client”.
  • Total – Total value collected on the ticket. If the value appears negative, the ticket was refunded. 
  • Visit Type – The visit type selected for the appointment. If no visit type was assigned, this field will appear blank.
  • Status – Status of the ticket within the selected date range. 
WarningImportant Note: Total column also includes any tax, tips, and non-cash payment fees

InfoNote: Only tickets that are Checked InCompleted, or Refunded will appear in this report
