Location: Reports > Compensation Reports
The Time Clock Report displays Clock In and Clock Out entries along with total worked hours for each day within the selected date range. This report can be exported or printed at any time for payroll review and attendance tracking.
How to Generate This Report
Select a Begin Date and End Date.
Choose to report by:
Click Generate.
Report Details
When reporting by Company, each worker’s time clock entries will be separated into individual tables identified by a blue header displaying the worker’s name.
Column Descriptions
Worker’s name - the report will display:
Clocked In -Displays the worker’s recorded clock-in time based on their Time Clock entry.
Clocked Out - Displays the worker’s recorded clock-out time based on their Time Clock entry.
Scheduled - Reflects the worker’s scheduled hours configured in Setup > Setup Worker Details > Hours.
Hours - Displays the calculated worked hours based on the Clocked In and Clocked Out entries.
Total Hours
At the bottom of each worker table, the Total Hours section will calculate the worker’s total worked hours for the selected date range.
Note: Custom added hours will also display in the Scheduled column.
Important: If a worker has a Clocked In time but no Clocked Out time, this indicates the worker did not properly clock out. Visit Time Clock > Adjustments to make any necessary corrections.Hours are displayed in decimal format. For example:

Only workers who clocked in during the begin date and end date will appear in this report.
