What if my Inspire or Tippy are frozen? (Frozen, Spinning, Unpaired, etc)

If your Inspire by STX Checkout is spinning because the devices disconnected or maybe you left a transaction after the Tippy tip was created, the Tippy Device will need a hard reset.  To perform a hard reset on the Tippy device, please contact Tippy Support at 1-855-831-2323 or email support@meettippy.com.
