Top Client Report
Location: Reports > Appointment & Client Reports
The Top Client Report displays the top 50 clients with the highest amount spent during the selected date range. Results can be filtered by the company or by an individual worker using the following options:
- Service and Retail Amount – Combined total of service and retail purchases
- Service Amount – Total spent on services only
- Retail Amount – Total spent on retail products only
This report can be exported or printed for your records.
Report Columns Explained
- Rank – The client’s position within the top 50 list based on total amount spent
- Name – Displays the client’s first and last name
- Amount – The total value spent by the client based on the selected filter (service, retail, or combined)
- Last Visit – The date of the client’s most recent completed ticket
Pro Tip - Client names are clickable! Simply select any client name to quickly open that client’s profile card for more details.
