What if someone leaves a Tippy Tip for an unpaired worker?
The tips will be tracked and distributed once the worker has a Tippy account with a bank account connected, however the Inspire by STX will allow clients to tip service providers in the meantime. Once the worker has a Tippy account with a bank account connected, go to Inspire and follow the steps to Pair Tippy Talent as follows:
- Go to Setup > Setup Worker Details
- Click the Other Tab
- Select the Worker's name from the Tippy Talent Pairing drop down
- Click Save
