What if someone leaves a Tippy Tip for an unpaired worker?

The tips will be tracked and distributed once the worker has a Tippy account with a bank account connected, however the Inspire by STX will allow clients to tip service providers in the meantime.  Once the worker has a Tippy account with a bank account connected, go to Inspire and follow the steps to Pair Tippy Talent as follows:

  1. Go to Setup > Setup Worker Details
  2. Click the Other Tab
  3. Select the Worker's name from the Tippy Talent Pairing drop down
  4. Click Save
