Cash Drawer is the cash drawer in which you only take out or put in money related to a specific computer.
Shift allows the business to have the first worker at the desk manage their drawer, then if a second worker comes in they can manage their own drawer count.
The current Cash Drawer and Shift assigned to a computer can be seen by going to Checkout and looking at the Cash Drawer name and shift in the upper right, for example Front Desk - 1 is the front desk computer and first shift.
