Where do I find my TPN & Merchant ID?
To find your Device ID (TPN Number) and Merchant ID for setting up Tap to Pay
Finding the Device ID (TPN Number)
- The Device ID (TPN Number) will be noted as the TPN Number on an email from Dejavoo or by following these steps:
- Login to your Dejavoo Account via https://portal.ipospays.com/
- Then go to Menu > STEAM > Edit Parameters
- Search within the list for your Apple or Android TPN Number
Finding the Merchant ID
- Login to your Dejavoo Account via https://portal.ipospays.com/
- Go to Settings
- Go to the Generate Ecomm/TOP Merchant Keys section
- Select the related TPN for this iPhone or Android Device
- Enter the Merchant Code as the Merchant ID
Once you locate both the Device ID (TPN Number) and the Merchant ID, follow these steps:
- On the associated Apple or Android Device, login to the Inspire Worker App
- Click on the STX Logo in the bottom left (four blue squares)
- Click Setup Tap to Pay
- Enter the Device ID (TPN Number) and Merchant ID
- Click Continue
- From here, you'll agree to the Terms & Conditions and be ready to accept payment by choosing 'Tap to Pay' on the Checkout > Tickets > Payments option from the Inspire Worker App.
