Why can I not see that feature?

If you are unable to see a feature, consider these suggestions for troubleshooting:

Do you have permissions to access that feature?  Verify permissions are enabled to use that feature by going to Setup > Setup Workers > Setup Permissions.  If you're unable to access that screen, discuss making these changes with your owner or manager to get access.

Does your package include that feature? Inspire software comes in multiple service packages that offer different features. If you are not able to use a specific feature, inquire about your features by contacting us at www.inspirebystxsoftware.com.
