Why does my Online Booking show no available times or services?
Inspire offers a great feature of selecting hours for Online Booking availability as well as which services are available for scheduling online, however sometimes this setting gets overlooked.
To double-check the Online Hours settings:
- Click the Menu Icon (≡) and select Setup > Setup Workers > Worker Details
- Select the Hours Tab
- Confirm the Online Hours are populated
- If an update is needed, enter in the available hours and click
To double-check the Online Booking Services offered:
- Click the Menu Icon (≡) and select Setup > Setup Workers > Worker Details
- Select the Services Tab
- Confirm the Online Service checkboxes are populated
- If an update is needed, update the checkboxes and click Save
