Why is my image quality downgraded in Email Marketing?

Why is my image quality downgraded in Email Marketing?

Emails are all assigned a file size value that is directly related to the amount of images and text they contain.  When you send emails, the email server they are sent to will reject emails that are too large in size.  In effort to guarantee your best chances for delivery, the email template creator will automatically downgrade the quality of your image to reduce the email file size.

If you would like to preserve your image quality in an email, you can use a URL as the Image Source by following these steps:
  1. First, upload your photo to an image hosting site and copy the Image URL
    1. Image URL Example: https://ibb.co/JrnrSkm
  2. From Inspire by STX Marketing > Templates, using the Drag and Drop Editor add an Image to your email
  3. Hover over the image, click the orange link buttonemove the Image Source value and replace it with the Image URL
  4. Click OK
Here is a free site that will host your images: https://imgbb.com/
