Worker App: Editing Service or Product Pricing

In the worker app, users can change the price of a service or product when the product is being added to the ticket.  However, if the service or product is already on the ticket, the user will simply need to remove the item and re-add it.  See instructions below.

To edit a price when adding to the ticket:
  1. From the Worker App, create or open the ticket from the Appointment Detail or Checkout page
  2. Select to add a Favorite (the star icon), a Service or a Product
  3. First, select the worker who performed the service or sold the product for the price to populate
  4. Update the price manually by clicking on the price field
  5. Click Add to Ticket
To edit a price of an existing service or product, simply click the X to remove the line item and follow the steps above.
