Worker App - Service Notes
How can I add Service Notes from the Worker App?
- Go to Appointments
- Click on the -> (Arrow Icon) next to the Service Name
- Enter Service Notes into the Service Notes field
- Click Upload Photos or Create Side-by-Side (optional) to attach photos to the notes
- Click Save
Upload Photos allows up to 5 photos with a maximum size of 8 MB to be added to the Service Notes.
Photos added to the service note will automatically be added to the Photo Gallery with the Service Note as the description.
