Worker Service Report
Location: Reports > Setup Reports
The Worker Service Report displays all services performed by a selected worker, including durations, pricing, service fees, guest charges, online booking availability, and any worker-specific customizations. This report can be exported or printed at any time for review or record-keeping purposes.
To generate this report, select the worker’s name, then click Generate. The results will display below.
How to Generate This Report

Each service group will display within its own table, with the services listed underneath the corresponding group. Service groups are separated by a darker blue row displaying the group name.
Column Definitions
- Service Name — Displays the name of the service within the selected service group.
- Price — Displays the set price configured for the company or the worker’s custom price, if applicable.
- Service Fee — Displays any service fee assigned to the service for the company or the worker’s custom service fee, if applicable.
- Guest Charge — Displays the guest charge amount assigned to the service for the company or the worker’s custom guest charge amount, if applicable.
- Duration 1, Duration 2, Duration 3, Duration 4 — Displays the duration configured in Setup Services or the worker’s custom duration, if applicable.
- Buffer — Displays the buffer after time assigned within Setup Services or the worker’s custom duration settings.
- Custom — Displays a selected checkbox if the worker has custom pricing, service fees, guest charges, or durations assigned specifically to them. If the box is not selected, the values shown reflect the company default settings.
- Online — Displays a selected checkbox if the worker offers the service for online booking. This setting is automatically determined based on the worker’s services assigned within Setup Worker Details.
Note: In the duration columns, if the service is enabled for double booking during that duration, “Double Book” will display within the column.
Note: The Custom and Online columns are automatically selected by the system and cannot be manually selected within the report.Related Articles
