ABC Report

Location: Reports > Business Analysis Reports

The ABC Report computes key performance indicators tracked by Arrojo Business Consultants and combines this data into one comprehensive report. Businesses that follow the Arrojo model often use this report to monitor performance and trends. This report can also be exported or printed for your records.



How to generate:
  • Select desired date 
  • Select generate
Based on the selected date range, the report will display multiple tables:
  • Company Sales
  • Account Balances
  • Clients (reflects visit types created)
  • Visit Types (Inspire-created visit types)
Table Breakdown
Company Sales Table
  • Sales Type – Displays all sales types available in Inspire
  • Full Price – Reflects the original total amount before any discounts for the selected date range
  • Discounts – Reflects the total amount of price adjustments; positive values indicate increases, while negative values indicate discounts
  • Discount Sales – Reflects the total value collected after discounts for the selected date range
  • Tax – Reflects the total amount of tax collected for the selected date range
A totals row will appear at the bottom of the table to display the combined totals for Full Price, Discounts, Discount Sales, and Tax for the entire table.





WarningImportant Note: Only completed (closed) tickets will be included in the table. Open tickets and refunded tickets are not reflected in this report. 

Account Balances Table
  • Account Balance Type – Displays all account balance types available in Inspire
  • Amount – Reflects the total amount collected for each account balance type within the selected date range
A Totals row at the bottom of the table will display the combined total of all account balances listed.



WarningNote: Totals shown reflect only what was collected during the selected date range and does not represent current available account balances.



Clients Table
This table reflects internal visit types created by Inspire and provides a breakdown of client activity and performance by worker.

Column Breakdown
  • Worker Name – Displays the first name and last initial of the worker assigned as the service provider during the selected date range
  • Recurring Clients – Reflects the total number of returning clients seen during the selected date range
  • New Clients – Reflects the total number of new clients seen during the selected date range
  • Rebooked – Reflects the total number of clients who rebooked an appointment during the selected date range
  • Booked Online – Reflects the number of clients who booked an appointment online during the selected date range
  • Non Service – Reflects the total number of clients who received retail-only visits (no services) during the selected date range
  • Service Sales – Reflects the total value of service sales collected during the selected date range
  • Product Sales – Reflects the total value of product sales collected during the selected date range
  • Number of Tickets – Reflects the total number of closed tickets during the selected date range
  • Product Per Ticket – Reflects the average number of products per ticket (total products divided by total tickets)
A totals row will appear at the bottom of the table to display the combined totals for the entire table, including Recurring Clients, New Clients, Rebooked, Booked Online, Non Service, Service Sales, Product Sales, Number of Tickets, and Product Per Ticket.

Visit Types Table
This table reflects visit types created by the company in Setup > Setup Client Card Preferences.

Column Breakdown
  • Worker Name – Displays workers who were assigned to a sale during the selected date range where a visit type was selected
  • Each Visit Type Column – Only visit types assigned to a ticket will appear in the corresponding columns
A totals row will appear at the bottom of the table to display the total count for each visit type created.





AlertNote:  If no visit type was selected on a ticket, that ticket will not be included in this table. Only tickets with assigned visit types will be reflected in the results.
