How can I adjust my Credit Card Batch report time?

The Credit Card Batch Report default time is 9:30 PM ET the day before the selected date.  If you would like to adjust the batch time related to this report, go to:

  1. Go to Setup > Setup Ticket Preferences
  2. Select the POS Devices tab
  3. Choose a new Batch Time
  4. Click Save
Notes
The batch time selected will report starting the day before at that time.
