Class Sales Report
The Class Sales Report provides valuable insight into how your classes are performing. Use this report to track attendance, revenue, and overall class popularity—all in one place.
How to Generate the Report
Select a Begin Date and End Date
Choose to view results by:
Company (all providers)
Specific Worker
Click Generate
Your results will display below and can be exported or printed at any time.
Key Metrics Explained
At the top of the report, you’ll see a summary of key performance indicators:
Average Attendees - Total attendees divided by the number of classes in the selected date range.
Average Percent Full - The average fill rate of your classes.
Average Class Total - The average revenue generated per class.
Total Class Sales - The total revenue from all classes within the selected date range.
Understanding the Report Table
Each class will appear as a row with the following details:
Date/Time - When the class took place.
Class - The name of the class as set up in your system.
Worker - The instructor assigned to the class.
# of Attendees - Number of clients booked into the class.
Max Attendees - Maximum capacity set for the class.
Percent Full - Percentage of spots filled based on capacity.
Class Total - Price her attendee to attend that class.
Sorting Options
You can organize your report by clicking on column headers:
Date/Time – Oldest to newest
Class Name – Alphabetical order
Worker – Alphabetical order
# of Attendees – Lowest to highest
Percent Full – Lowest to highest
Class Total – Lowest to highest
