Client Export

Inspire by STX v3.0 was launched with the Client Export feature disabled for all users, to enable go to Setup > Setup Worker Permissions then enable the Client Export permission.

To export a list of clients, follow these steps:
  1. Click on the Navigation Menu ≡ 
  2. Scroll to the bottom, click Client Export
  3. Select All Workers or a Specific Worker
  4. Enter a Client Created Date Range (not-required)
    1. If the date fields are left blank, the list will be created for all-time. 
  5. Enter the Email Address to send the .csv file to.
  6. Click Generate
  7. A pop up will appear to let you know the list is generating. Please allow up to 30 minutes for the file to be sent and consider looking in the Junk or Spam folders if it does not appear in your traditional mailbox. 
The client export will include the following fields:
  1. First Name
  2. Last Name
  3. Primary Email
  4. Secondary Email
  5. Mobile Phone
  6. Primary Phone
  7. Address
  8. City
  9. State
  10. Postal Code 
  11. Gender
  12. Active Status

If there are no clients using the selected filters, a message will appear. 
    The Client Export Email requires the Company Email in Setup Company to be an email address you own the domain of to send the list.  Free Emails such as yahoo, gmail, aol, icloud, hotmail do not allow other softwares to send emails on their behalf.  Check out more details on the rules regarding sending emails.
