How do I redeem a gift certificate or gift card?

  1. Open a current ticket with a balance due.
  2. Go to the Payments tab
  3. Select Gift Redemption 
  4. Confirm the Amount 
  5. Enter the Gift Number into the field, or select the field and scan the barcode. 
  6. Click Add to Ticket
    1. If the ticket total is paid in full, the ticket will close.
    2. If there is a balance remaining, ticket will not close and more payments can be added.
