How do I redeem a gift card?

    1. Go to Checkout and create a new ticket with a balance due or navigate to an existing open ticket.
    2. Select the Payments tab.
    3. Choose Gift Redeem as the payment type.
    4. Enter the gift card number or scan the gift card barcode into the Gift Number field.
    5. Click the arrow icon next to the Gift Number field to view the current gift card balance.
    6. Enter the amount to redeem in the Amount to Apply field.
    7. Click Apply Payment.

      8. Note: If the gift card payment covers the full balance, the ticket will be completed. If a balance remains, the ticket will stay open so additional payments can be applied.
