How to Express Book an Appointment using the Worker App

Use the Express Booking feature in the Inspire Worker App to quickly schedule appointments for new or existing clients.

Booking an Appointment:
  1. Open the Inspire Worker App.
  2. Navigate to the Appointment Screen.
  3. Select the date you would like to book the appointment.
  4. Tap on an open time slot where you would like to place the appointment.
Existing Client
  • Enter the client's name, phone number, or email address in the search field.
  • Select the client from the search results.
New Client
  • Tap the Plus (+) icon to add a new client.
  • Complete all required fields (identified by an asterisk *). Additional information may be entered if desired.
  • Tap Save.
Skip Adding Client Information
  • If you do not wish to add client information, tap the Skip option.
Complete the Appointment Details:
After selecting or creating the client, you will be taken to the New Appointment screen.
  1. Verify the appointment date.
  2. Select the appointment start time.
  3. Choose the worker who will provide the service.
  4. Select the service being booked.
Optional Actions
  • Tap + Add Service to add additional services to the appointment.
  • Enter appointment notes if needed.
  • Select a visit type.
Save the Appointment
Once all appointment details have been entered:
  1. Review the appointment information.
  2. Tap Book Appointment.
The appointment will be added to the schedule.

NotesNote: The Express Booking feature can be used to book appointments for both new, existing clients and allows you to skip adding client information in.
