Inspire v2.8.1 Release Notes
Expected Release Date: Tuesday, March 29th 2022
This version is small but mighty! Check out these handful of updates to Inspire by STX in v2.8.1:
Online Booking URL Customization (Enhancement) - Businesses can now edit their online booking URL, for example if your URL was stxcloud.com/#/clientlogin/stx_00000 it could be changed to stxcloud.com/#/clientlogin/GlossStudio84.
Location: Setup > Setup Appointments & Emails > Online Booking tab
Online Booking Defaults to Any Worker (Enhancement) - Previously, the online booking displayed "Select Worker" by default and the client would need to select Any Worker or a specific Worker. In this version, it will now default to "Any Worker" and then if they would like to choose a specific Worker they can.

Auto Update Service Group Colors (NEW!) - When a service group color is updated, upon save it will automatically update all future appointments within that service group.
Location: Setup > Setup Service > Setup Service Group
Note Field Formatting (Enhancement) - The appointment and service notes now allow for a hard enter for ease of viewing.
Locations: Appointment Detail, Client Card, Checkout, etc.
Modify Appointments Assumes Last Worker (Enhancement) - When an appointment is modified, and another service is added, the worker who was associated with the line where the + was clicked is assumed on the added service.
Location: Appointments > Appointment Detail > Modify > Add Service
Client Card Appointment List (Enhancement) - The list of Appointments on the client card has been updated to display chronologically by time also.
Location: Client Card > Appointments Tab
Gift Balance Hyperlinks Purchaser (Enhancement) - On the Gift Balance page, the Client Card is now hyperlinked to the Purchaser.
Location: Navigation Menu > Gift Balances
Display Online Service Duration without Buffer (Enhancement) - If the duration is displayed on the online booking page, it will now no longer display the buffer after time. Example, if the service is 60 minutes and the buffer after for cleaning is 15 minutes, the online booking will display 60 minutes.

Checked In Value added to Appointment Book Statistics (Enhancement) - The amount associated with Checked In appointments now displays on the Appointment Statistics.
Location: Appointment Book > Appointment Book Statistics
Dashboard Label Updates (Enhancement) - Previously, the dashboard displayed "Ticketed" value but it now displays "Completed" instead for consistency.
Location: Dashboard
Text Count Report (NEW!) - A new report has been added to the Setup Reports to count how many total text messages have been sent.
