Inventory Management Best Practices

Every business treats inventory management differently and Inspire by STX has features in place to accommodate a variety of scenarios that may come up.

Active Products are products you actively stock, sell and use at your business.
Limited Products are products you do not actively stock but have products on hand to sell or use.
Examples of Limited Products include seasonal products, one-of-a-kind products, discontinued products or products you only supply to a single client but do not display on shelves.
Inactive Products are products you no longer carry or have products on hand to sell or use.

Inactive Products can be searched and selected in Checkout, Inventory Usage and Purchase Orders when manually entered but will not be included in the list display by default.
