Marketing: Build Targeted Client Lists for Smarter Email Marketing

Use List Builder to create targeted marketing lists based on your clients' visit history, purchasing habits, referrals, and more. These lists can then be used to send personalized email marketing campaigns to the right audience at the right time.

AlertNote: List Builder is available on Enhanced and Advanced plans only.

Important Information

  • Only clients who have opted in to receive marketing emails will be included in your lists.
  • Lists do not update automatically after they are created.
  • If you want newly qualifying clients added to a list, you will need to create a new list.
  • Lists are designed to help you target specific groups of clients for email marketing campaigns.

Create a New List

  1. Navigate to Marketing > List Builder.
  2. Select the type of list you would like to create.
  3. Click Search to preview the clients who meet the selected criteria.
  4. Review the results.
  5. Click Create List to generate the list.
  6. Wait for the confirmation message at the top of the screen indicating the list has been successfully created.

  • Clients Who Received This Service 
  • Clients Who Received a Service in This Group
  • Client Flag List 
  • Client with Birthdate Between 
  • Client Birth Month Is 
  • Clients Who Had Services By
  • Clients Who Visited Only Once 
  • Clients Who Referred Other Clients
  • Select Gender List 
  • Product Purchased
  • Client Type 
  • Cross Referenced Multiple Filter List 
  • Clients Whose Last Visit Was Between
