This feature is included in Inspire by STX v4.3 due out in Summer 2025.
The Mass Service Update is a great tool to update your service pricing by level or bulk customization for a worker.
COMPANY TAB
Company Tab Filters & Generation
Select Service Group - Select whether you want to make changes to all services or a specific service group.
Select Level - Select the level that you would like to make change to. The Guest Charges and Online Deposit settings on Level 1 apply for all Levels because they applicable per service, not level.
Show Inactive - Enabling the Show Inactive checkbox will display any services currently inactive.
Generate - Once generated, edits can be made to the Active checkbox, Service Name, Service Price, Display Price, Service Fee, Guest Charge and Online Deposit Amount.
Perform Mass Update - All results generated will be updated to be the same value.
Example: Update Service Fee to be 20%.
Service A Service Fee was $2.00, would update to 20%
Service B Service Fee was 15%, would update to 20%
Service C Service Fee was blank, would update to 20%
Perform Mass Increase - All results generated will be increased by the same dollar amount or percentage.
Example #1: Increase Display Prices by 10% and Round Up.
Service A Display Price was $103.75, 10% would be + $10.38 = $114.13, then Round Up is $115.00.
Service B Display Price was $207.50, 10% would be $20.75 = $228.25, then Round Up is $229
Service C Display Price was $0.00, the price will stay $0.00
Example #2: Increase Guest Charge Prices by $1 and Do Not Round Up.
Service A Guest Charge was $2.50, +$1.00 would be $3.50
Service B Display Price was $12.99, +$1.00 would be $13.99
Service C Display Price was $0.00, +$1.00 would be $1.00
How can I round up all of my Display Prices without increasing the price?
- Select to Perform Mass Increase to the Display Price
- Enter 0 in amount field
- Select the option to Round Up
- Click Apply
- Click Save
WORKER TAB
Company Tab Filters & Generation
Select Worker - Select the worker to edit service prices for.
Generate - A list of worker's services will display and the can be edited if the related Customize checkbox is enabled.
Worker Tab Customize Durations & Prices
Apply Level - Click Apply Level to apply a level's pricing and durations to the selected worker.
Reset Custom Services - Click the Reset Custom Services button to reset the worker's pricing and durations to the assigned level settings.
Customize Prices & Durations - Enable the Customize checkbox to set Service Price, Display Price, Service Fee and Durations.
