Packages Guide



A package allows the business to schedule and sell multiple appointments in one visit or over time, at an equal or discounted rate.

Create a Package

  1. To create a package go to Setup > Setup Services > Setup Service Packages.

Schedule a Service Package

  1. Go to the Appointment Book
  2. Click Find Appt
  3. Complete required fields 
  4. Select a Package from the Service List, adjust workers as needed
  5. Click Search
  6. Select a Time
  7. Click Schedule Appointment

Sell a Service Package

  1. Go to Check Out
  2. Click Other
  3. Select a Package from the Package List  
  4. Click Add to Ticket
  5. Complete Payment

View a Client’s Service Package Remaining

  1. Go to the Clients
  2. Search for the client
  3. Click Accounts tab
  4. View Packages, Amount Unused & Unused Value


Use a Client’s Service Package Remaining

  1. Schedule a service for the client that matches the service package
  2. Check out the appointment
  3. Receipt will show Prepaid Package applied to the receipt
  4. Apply any Payment to close ticket -or- ticket will auto-close at midnight
