Payroll Guide

Payroll reporting displays the worker pay summaries based on the Payroll Method assigned during Worker Setup.  
 

In January 2023, the Main Setup page will be getting a new look.  The updated location will be Setup > Setup Compensation Methods

To Setup Compensation Methods, Setup Compensation Methods

Process Compensation Reporting

  1. Go to Reports
  2. Click Compensation Reports
  3. Select Process Compensation
  4. Select Begin Date & End Date
  5. Check one or multiple checkboxes to select the workers who will have compensation processed
    1. Buttons available to Unselect All or Select All located below table.
  6. Adjust fields for:
    1. Regular Hours
    2. Overtime Hours
    3. Extra Pay
    4. Deductions.
  7. Click Generate
  8. Payroll Total and Tips will populate with summaries
  9. Select Print to print the summary page -or- select Archive to enable View options for compensation detail reporting
Tips are not included in the payroll total. 


View Worker Tips

  1. Go to Reports
  2. Click Compensation Reports
  3. Select Worker Tips
  4. Select Begin Date & End Date
  5. Select Company or specific Worker
  6. Click Generate
  7. Worker Tips detailed report will display
