Pending Deposit Report
The Pending Deposit Report provides a list of clients who attempted to book an appointment online but did not complete adding a token on file or paying a required deposit for online booking. This report allows you to view client appointment selections and contact information for follow-up purposes. The report can be exported or printed for your records.
You can run this report for any specific date range. Additionally, the report can be sorted by:
Date – Displays entries in descending order (most recent first).
Client's Name – Displays entries in alphabetical order.
Next Appointment – Displays entries in ascending order (earliest appointment first).
Status – Displays entries in alphabetical order.
Report Columns
Date – The date and time the client attempted to book an appointment online but did not place their token on file or pay the required deposit within the allotted time.
Client's Name – The client’s first and last name.
Phone Number – Displays the client’s phone number if it was provided during the booking attempt.
Pending Deposits – Shows the date and time of the appointment the client attempted to book, including the service and, in parentheses, the worker assigned to that service.
Next Appointment – Displays the client’s next scheduled appointment, if any, including the date, time, service, and the worker assigned to that appointment.
Status – Indicates the client’s deposit status:
Voided – The client failed to place a card on file or pay the deposit within the allowed time frame.
Still in Progress – The client is still within the time window to place a card on file or pay the deposit.
