Service Sales Report

Service Sales Report
The Service Sales Report provides a detailed view of service sales for your business, either company-wide or by individual worker.
How to Generate
- Select the desired date range.
- Click Generate.
This report can be exported or printed for your records.
Report Columns Overview
The report displays sales data organized by Service Groups and individual Services:
- Service Group – Lists each service group category.
- Service Name – Shows individual services within that group.
- Total Sales – Total value for the selected service based on applied filters.
- # Sold – Quantity of that service sold during the report period.
- Average Sales – Average value per service sold.
- % of Sales – Percentage of total service sales represented by that service.
- Service Fees – Total service fee value collected.
Group and Overall Totals
Each Service Group includes a totals row summarizing the following for the selected date range and report by filter:
- Total Sales – Combined sales for all services in the group
- # Sold – Total quantity of services sold in the group
- Average Sales – Average value of services sold in the group
- % of Sales – Percentage of total service sales represented by this group
- Service Fees – Total service fees collected for the group
At the bottom of the report, the following totals are displayed:
- Service Sales Total – The sum of all services sold, including total # Sold, Average Sales for all services, and the total Service Fees collected. This total excludes service refunds.
- Service Sales Less Refunds – Total of all service refunds, including # Sold and Average Sales for refunded services.
- Service Net Sales Total – Grand total of service sales after subtracting service refunds, including # Sold and Average Sales after refunds.
Note: All totals and percentages reflect the filters and date range applied.
